Cycle phase can change sleep, temperature, and how a workout feels. It does not hand you a required plan for each week. The research is mixed, and a single app score is not a diagnosis.
What holds up
Some runners feel flatter in the late luteal days, and resting temperature can sit a little higher. A hard session can wait a day if symptoms are loud. Performance studies do not show that every runner must avoid speed work in one fixed week.
Recovery scores
A low score that shows up in the same part of the cycle is a pattern, not proof of overtraining. Note it. Do not add miles to compensate, and do not skip a race you feel ready for because a ring disagreed. The pregnancy guide is a separate question and belongs with your own clinician.
