The 2026 Movin’ It! 5K Run/Walk will take place on November 1! David Zid expands the fight for brain health “All Together Now” – the Movin’ It! 5K Run/Walk Parkinson’s Disease now benefits the Alzheimer’s (AD) and Multiple Sclerosis (MS) communities. Total HealthWorks is expanding its programs to improve brain health, serve more people living with neurodegenerative conditions, and grow our facility.
