About the Tarrywile Half Marathon
The Tarrywile Half Marathon is a demanding trail race in Danbury's 722-acre Tarrywile Park, run as two loops of technical Northeast single track with close to 3,000 feet of elevation gain. Runners are rewarded with viewpoints over Danbury and the park's lakes, but the rocky, rooty, hilly terrain typically adds 30-45 minutes versus a road half marathon.
