Red Coyote’s Starter Pack 5K Program is designed to help you train for the Runtoberfest 5K on October 4th but can be used to train for any fall 5K. All abilities 18 and older are welcome! Whether you're a runner/walker attempting your first 5K or you're shooting for a new PR, there's a place for you!
