About the Rainbow Ridge 20k/50k
Rainbow Ridge is a young but tough Pacific Northwest trail race near Blue River, Oregon, offering a 20K and a 50K on the old-growth-forested slopes above the McKenzie River. The 50K climbs over 8,000 feet across three summits - Horsepasture Mountain, Macduff Mountain, and Kings Castle - while the 20K makes a shorter out-and-back push to Kings Castle. A portion of proceeds benefits Bridgeway House, a Lane County school and support organization for children with autism spectrum disorder.
