About the Keweenaw Ultramarathon
The Keweenaw Ultramarathon is a fully supported trail 25K/50K organized by the Michigan Tech Keweenaw Ultramarathon Club on the Michigan Technological University Tech Trails in Houghton, MI. The 25K covers one loop of the wooded course and the 50K covers it twice, with a headlamp required for the early, low-light start. Held in early November, it draws mostly regional collegiate and Upper Peninsula trail/ultra runners.
