This is a hand timed, club run through beautiful Barkhamsted, CT. It starts at Matthies Grove Parking area, People's State Forest, 106 East River Road 06063. The course consists of rolling hills that meander along the Farmington River, outbound on East River Rd, left on Rte 20 through Riverton center, and inbound on West River Road.
