About the Headstrong 5K
Join us on Saturday, October 3, 2026, for the second annual Headstrong 5K! 💙 The Headstrong 5K was created in memory of loved ones lost too soon to brain aneurysms. What began as a deeply personal way to honor their lives has grown into an annual community event dedicated to raising awareness, bringing people together, and supporting the important work of the Brain Aneurysm Foundation. I lost my mother, Karen Canale, to a brain aneurysm when I was just 12 years old. My co-organizer also…
