General Race Information Our 14th Annual “Taking Strides Towards Wellness" 5K Run/Walk will be held on Saturday, October 10th at Duke Island Park in Bridgewater. YOU CAN SHOW UP THE DAY OF THE 5K AND REGISTER! Online registration ends on the 9th. This race is on an extremely flat paved wooded trail that parallels the Raritan River.
