Welcome to the 3rd edition of the Des Moines Spring 4-Miler in 2027! The Des Moines Spring 4-miler is designed to help break off the rust and give you a benchmark heading into the spring season. You never know what conditions you'll get in Iowa, but this is great chance to at least have company in a good hard effort in March. All levels are welcome!
