About the Delirium Ultra 24 Hour Run
Delirium Ultra is a timed endurance event on a closed, USATF-certified ~1.65-mile trail loop in the Habersham community of Lady's Island, near Beaufort, SC. Runners choose a 6, 12, or 24-hour format and log as many laps as possible, with a single central aid station, on-course "Tent City" camping, and a Halloween costume theme.
