About the Colors of Cancer 5K Run/Walk
Cancer Awareness Network presents C OLORS OF CANCER 5K RUN/WALK. Join us for the 11th Annual Cancer Awareness Network 5K. The event this year will be both in-person and virtual. The race will take place October 10, 2025, at Spring Street Park in Adamsville, AL. Race starts at 9:00 am. Online registration starts June 24, 2026.
